How much is your postage?

Postage is just £2.00 per order! This is for Royal Mail 1st class which usually arrives within 2 days.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Yes. You can place your order online or on our order line 01925 752652

 

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay online or over the phone using a credit/ debit card or you can send a cheque if ordering over the phone.

 

Do you accept American Express or Diners?

No. We accept all other major cards; Visa, MasterCard, Solo, Delta, Maestro

 

Is there are minimum order?

No. Although we do not have a minimum order any orders under £10 incur a £1 surcharge to cover the card processing fees.

 

Do you give discounts on bulk orders?

We can look at discounts depending on numbers, please contact us for more information.

 

Can I pay by cheque?

Yes. You can pay by cheque if you place the order over the phone or send an order form to us through the post.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Yes. We ship overseas for an extra shipping cost. If you would like a shipping cost please contact us for details.

 

When should I receive my order?

We aim to ship orders within 2 working days. Royal Mail parcels usually take 1 – 3 days but please allow 7 days for this service. If you need your order urgently please contact us for stock information or prices on our next day delivery service.

 

I have not received my order, what should I do now?

Please contact if you have not received your order and we can look into it for you.

Although Royal Mail usually leave a ‘while you were out’ card this isn’t always the case so it is worth checking with your local post office to see if they are holding a parcel for you.

 

I need to exchange an item, what do I do?

You can ring/ email us to speed up the process so we can start arranging your exchange or you can return with the cut off slip at the bottom of your invoice filling in what you would like to exchange for.

Returns require £1 to cover the postage back to you, or £2 for sneakers and bags over £10

 

I need to return an item for a refund, what do I do?

Please return your item(s) with the cut off slip at the bottom of your invoice filling in the reason for return.

Please read our terms for more information on returns and special order items which are non refundable.
