UK Deliveries: Orders under £10 shipping cost = £1.95  -  Orders over £10 shipping cost = £3.75(per order not per item)

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange your order for another size or product (subject to availability) Fill in the slip at the bottom of the sales form that came with your order and send the order back to us. The cost of returning items is to be paid for by you. (Tights can not be exchanged if tried on, for hygiene reasons) you will need to enclose £1.00 to go towards postage of your new item. Overseas exchanges please contact us before returning items.

Returns

We will exchange or refund your money on returned items provided they are returned to us within 30 days on our stock items! They must be unused and in the original packaging. The cost of returning items is to be paid for by the purchaser. (Tights can not be returned or exchanged if tried on, for hygiene reasons)

Made to order or special order items cannot be exchanged or refunded

The purchaser is responsible for goods being returned until they are received by Dancingwear UK so we suggest proof of postage is obtained as the minimum requirement which is free from the post office. If returned goods are lost in transit it is the purchasers responsibility to claim from whatever carrier used, but the purchaser is liable to Dancingwear UK for payment of the goods.

Next day delivery

We can offer a guaranteed next day delivery service. 
Please let us know if you require this and we will advise you of costs. Prices start at £7 but this does depend on the weight of the parcel

Despatch time

We aim to process and despatch orders within 2 working days. Most orders placed before 2pm are despatched the same day! 

90% of orders arrive the next day but this is not guaranteed.

If you need your order urgently please contact for information on our next day delivery service.

If any item in your order is not in stock we will hold on a back order. If we are unable to fulfil your order you will be notified via e-mail/ telephone and given a delivery estimate.

We reserve the right to cancel back orders if the item(s) become unavailable. 

DancingwearUK cannot accept liability for late deliveries. 

Price Policy 

Dancingwear UK reserves the right to adjust prices without prior notice. Any price change will not affect orders already placed and paid for. 

Overseas Orders

Additional postage is charged on all overseas orders.  
When you order a shipping cost will be given we reserve the right to change this depending on the weight of your order, if the actual shipping cost is more then we will advise you and you can of course cancel the order.
