Normal shoes size up to size child 7 - Go up 2 full sizes  
Normal shoe size (child) 7.5 to 4.5 - Go up 1.5 full sizes
Normal shoe size: 5 and above - Go up 1 full size

Child 6 = £7.50
7 to Size 3 = £8.50
3.5 to Adult 5.5 = £10.00
Adult 6 and above £12.00
